Pinar is a recent graduate of the Master in Biomedical Informatics program in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School, and a research scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. She received her PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University, where she studied resistance to targeted therapies in lung cancer. Pinar’s research in the HIDIVE Lab centers on developing interactive visualizations of mutational signatures in cancer.
