Papers, Posters, and Presentations at IEEE VIS 2019

Several projects from the lab will be featured in publications, presentations, and posters at IEEE VIS 2019.
Sunday, October 20th: Nils will be part of a panel on Insider Perspectives on VAHC Opportunities and Challenges at the Visual Analytics in Healthcare Symposium.
Sunday, October 20th: Alexander Lex from the University of Utah will be speaking about the latest work on UpSet at the Set Visual Analytics (SetVA) workshop. We also have a poster about UpSet2 at the conference.
Tuesday, October 22nd: Bryce Morrow from David Gotz’s group at the University of North Caroline will be presenting our award winning short paper on Periphery Plots for Contextualizing Heterogeneous Time-Based Charts.
Wednesday, October 23rd: Fritz Lekschas from Hanspeter Pfister’s group at Harvard SEAS will be talking about our paper on Pattern-Driven Navigation in 2D Multiscale Visualizations with Scalable Insets.
